About this role

Our Client, one of the largest international company specialized in testing, inspection and certification is looking for Sales Team Leader roles to be based in Kuwait. Candidate should be available in kuwait on transferable visa and can join Immediately/ Short Notice.

  1. Manage the Sales team;
  2. Implementation of commercial strategy as defined by Country/ BL Managers;
  3. Directly in-charge of large proposals;
  4. Marketing campaigns and support; mailing, commercial meeting organization etc.;
  5. Internal communication of sales and marketing information (references, CV’s, best practices, CRM tool reports etc.), commercial knowledge management;
  6. Market studies: gathers and analyses commercial information, recommendations to BU Managers;
  7. Follow up of Commercial Actions Plan;
  8. Commercial processes: in charge of back office organization for S&M, rules enforcement for CRM tool;
  9. Allocation of client’s portfolio for customer service;
  10. Definition and communication of pricing rules (potential discounts etc.);
  11. Definition of reports and KPI’s of marketing department;
  12. Commercial visit preparation and reporting;
  13. Setting Sales Targets to achieve budget;
  14. Preparing highlights of opportunities, risk assessment and offer self-review;
  15. 3 Years’ Plan Implementation;
  16. New Sales objectives as per budget;
  17. Maintenance of empaneled/ pre-qualification/ agency list with clients;
  18. Creating visibility in the market/ market penetration;
  19. Make estimates in coordination with performing BUs, service team and participate in proposal strategy;
  20. Completion of offers/tenders and ensure its timely submission;
  21. Pre-qualification, tenders/offers/ documentation preparation for complex enquiry/multiple services;
  22. Use of CRM Tools;
  23. Monitoring Proposals Status;
  24. Keep Competitors watch;
  25. To Comply with all the QHSSE rules/ regulations of Co.




Any Bachelor’s Degree with Min. 5 Yrs of Experience in Sales and Business Development Activities.


  • Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business;
  • High level of Managerial and Business Development Skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.;
  • Should have a pleasing personality;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of Arabic language will be a plus.
