Brunel Australasia are seeking a PMO Procurement & Logistics Lead to join our client in Perth in order to provide a process upgrade for the company new platform.

Our client is working with SAP upgrade to the new S/4 HANA platform, along with transformational business process improvements. The transformational activities will take part across our Finance, Procurement and Logistics, Technology, People and Asset Management functional areas.
The Procurement & Logistics Systems PMO facilitates all major activities related to SAP improvement and transformation by ensuring all project goals are accomplished according to business processes and functional strategic objections. Projects included in the scope of this role include S/4 HANA transformational activity and post-implementation S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba improvement projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on project control, governance and reporting standards.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end scope, schedule, cost and delivery outcomes- Supporting the day-to-day management of delivery in key projects
- Resource planning and tracking- Ensuring all management and control reporting is produced throughout the planning and delivery phases
- Planning and booking regular organizational and status meetings, whilst ensuring outcomes are documented and actions are accordingly managed- Escalation of any issues in a timely manner
- Input into development of financial estimates- Engaging with stakeholders of varying seniority and technical capability to resolve issues requiring cooperation and coordination.

Experience:

- At least 10 years of experience in systems PMO based roles - Experience working as a PMO Lead
- Strong SAP (S/4 HANA) project exposure- Solid Procurement & Logistics background including Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Materials Management and Warehouse & Logistics.
