About this role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the company’s business strategies and objectives by helping leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures and processes
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee feedback and development, and compensation
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues and effectively manage conflict situations
  • Provide coaching and expert advice to employees on Human Resource & Corporate policies, programs and procedures
  • Understand employee opinions, needs and concerns. Identify and drive the communication and shared learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Assist with organizational change initiatives in support of business strategies and monitor the effect of business decisions on people
  • Ensure HR services are provided as appropriate to internal client needs, identify new opportunities for process improvement to add value, and maintain leading-edge knowledge of HR issues
  • Identify talent issues before they impact the business
  • General support and rollout of HR programs, policies and initiatives.
  • Support line management in forecasting & planning talent requirements in line with function/business strategy
  • Establish and maintain initiatives that drive career development, career road maps, and succession planning

About you

Requirements

  • Higher education in business administration and/or HR management
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, with 4 years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people and build long-term trusting relationships
  • Sound judgment on a range of people issues and the confidence to influence leaders and outcomes
  • Superior communication skills and a contributing team player are integral
  • Ability to support the execution of company-wide HR initiatives with excellence in a fast paced, environment with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
  • Please note: this position will require up to 25% travel
