About this role: Integrated Management Systems Senior Specialist

  • Meaningfully contribute towards development of company Environmental Management System (EMS), and Department integrated management system (IMS) and carry out system implementation tasks;
  • Responsible for maintaining and further developing the Quality Management System (accredited to ISO 9001) and carry out system implementation tasks;
  • Assist with development and implementation of a new corporate Environmental Management System to be accredited to ISO 14001;
  • Assist with maintaining and further developing the Health and Safety Management System;
  • Assist with coordinating consultants developing these systems and associated procedures and action plans that address identified risks and opportunities;
  • Carry out assigned tasks as assigned to evaluate and implement measures to improve efficiency and quality;
  • Assist with system improvements and follow up of improvement actions;
  • Assist and support other functions in EHSQ matters;
  • Assist with general liaison between staff, executives regarding the development and implementation of the EMS and IMS and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications;
  • Assist the Integrated Management Systems Manager with the development of tasks assigned by the CEnvO’s department implementation plans, procurement strategies and work plan to ensure compatibility between 5 years and 1 year company plan that has been approved by management;
  • Assist the Integrated Management Systems Manager and CEnvo and communicate directly with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation;
  • To conduct the analysis and provide recommendations related to the action plan of each project, to ensure that the action plan has been created in harmony with 5 years and 1 year that has been made;
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects;
  • Develop and implement QMS and EMS implementation tasks, both on a first-time basis and ongoing IMS system maintenance basis.



  • 15+ years in a management role;
  • Experience with Environmental and Quality Management Systems;
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form;
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity;
  • Regional experience is essential and regional language is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Business Administration or similar field;
  • Membership of Environmental Professional body is essential.
