  • BRUNEL - a leading service provider announces the search and selection of a professional for the position of CFO in the Netherlands;
  • Our client is a growing provider of a full range of logistics services related to the transportation of goods in containers (rail, sea, auto etc.).

Functions:

  • Formation of the budget of the unit;
  • Formation of the financial statements of the unit in full according to the standards of the group;
  • Participation in the process of automating the formation of reports;
  • Plan-fact analysis of financial reporting data and preparation of comments together with the head of the unit;
  • Factor analysis of data, preparation of a presentation for a report on the work of the unit;
  • Control and management of debts, reporting to the management of accounts receivable;
  • Analysis and control of marginality in the operation. Data core system and the formation of every month. MD reports by client;
  • Implementation of methodological guidance and organization of work on accounting and paperwork, development of rational accounting documentation;
  • Ensuring the development of methodological materials and the introduction of new forms of reports into the accounting program, loading them into the database.;
  • Control of all transactions with the Company's clients in the database and settlements with managers of the commercial department;
  • Keeping time records of office employees' working hours;
  • Control of payments, formation of DDS, analysis of deviations plan-fact, preparation of forecasts;
  • Tax and accounting reporting in full according to Dutch standards;
  • Calculation of salary, taxes and reporting;
  • Maintaining personnel records in full (registration of hiring / dismissal of employees, renewal of contracts, reporting to regulatory authorities, etc.).

  • Citizenship/Residency the Netherlands or local work permit only.
  • Financial Degree.
  • Relevant CFO experience more than 3 years.
  • Experience in logistics preferably. Knowledge of specifics of legal requirements in this area, BI and presentation skills.
  • Experience in international companies, knowledge of international legislation.
  • Knowledge of the tax and labor legislation of the Netherlands.
  • Experience in preparing reporting presentations for management.
  • Plan-fact analysis of financial reports.
  • Factor analysis of deviations.
  • Experience in the formation of the budget of the unit.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Experience in building processes and project work.
  • Calculation of taxes (profit, VAT, personal income tax) and tax reporting.
  • Calculation of salaries and taxes, reporting.
  • Cash flow control, fact control, forecasting.
  • Formation of IFRS financial statements in accordance with the Netherlands standards and the requirements of the group in full.
